This little guy, Nomore Drippington, was a character I designed for a faucet company as a potential mascot. I originally planned to do a short Rankin/Bass style stop-motion advert with him about a year ago, but it fell through. He’s still one of my favorites, though.

Here’s another HKDL Mystic Manor sculpture of Albert that I made this weekend. He took around 4 hours to complete, from sculpt, to painting and costuming. I’ve also been working on the music box, that plays a major role in the ride. I’ll post pictures of the two of them together next week, when they’re showcased in an art festival my town is having.

Again, Mystic Manor / Point is just brilliant. :)

Here’s a little sculpture of Albert, from Hong Kong Disneyland’s new ride: Mystic Manor, that I made last night. It’s a brilliant attraction, with wonderful characters and a truly classic WDI vibe. I’d love to see it stateside.

Still a WIP, I still have to make some changes. Mainly to the snout & eyes.

Here’s my Camera Gator sketch I designed and sculpted out. He’s about 10 inches tall. All of the painting, sculpting, and clothing creation was done by yours truly. On the next sculpt I do, I might post a time-lapse video to show how it’s made. Enjoy :D

Check out the next image for a process breakdown! The whole process was completed in under 4 hours. From sculpting, baking, painting, and finally adding fur.

Br’er Rabbit Bust

This is my sculpture inspired by Song of the South and Splash Mountain. I finished the whole thing in under 4 hours, and used Br’er Rabbit concept art and images from both the ride and the original film to create the piece- as a mix of both. Enjoy!

It’s done!

Grasshopper Green and the Meadow Mice!

Based off of the 1922 tale, 15 year old animator Mick Brege creates his newest animated short film for kids. It tells the story of Grasshopper Green, a freeloading fiddler who gets kicked out of the ant’s house, only to learn his lesson in the home of the meadow mice. 90 year old characters by John Rae, are brought back to life in a charming heartwarming story.
